This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Virginia Community College Systems (0KT37) using FAR Part 12 Procedures. Service needed: (12) band and orchestra concerts and (6) recording days. (18) days rental of NOVA concert hall for Marine Corps Band performances over a (8) month period between the months of January to August. Dates are as follows: 1/17/27 - Concert 1/24/27 - Concert 1/31/27 - Concert 2/7/27 - Concert 2/21/27-2/26/27 - Recordings 2/28/27 - Concert 3/21/27 - Concert 4/4/27 - Concert 4/18/27- Concert 4/25/27 - Concert 5/9/27 - Concert 8/20/27 - Concert 8/21/27 - Concert The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source Basis to: Virginis Community College Systems, Rachel M Schlesinger Concert Hall and Arts Center, 4915 East Campus Dr, Alexandria, VA 22311, under the authority of FAR 6.103-1; Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
