The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions, on behalf of the Indian Health Service (IHS), is seeking quotations for an optimized medical-supply storage and replenishment solution, brand name or equal to the BlueBin 2-Bin Kanban System. The requirement includes assessment, design, furnishing and installation of storage components, implementation of two-bin Kanban and barcode-based replenishment workflows, training, transition support, and post-implementation validation. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. § 47, and HHSAR Subpart 326.6. Quoters must qualify as an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) and as a small business concern under NAICS 541614 and must submit the completed IHS Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form with their quotation.
