AI Summary

• The project requires provision of labor, equipment, vehicles, and materials for hillside vegetation clearance and herbicide applications along shoreline rip rap and lock esplanades at the Cape Fear Lock and Dam locations in Bladen County, North Carolina.
• This effort is to clear vegetation on rip rap areas and apply herbicides to shorelines to maintain desired management conditions for the lock and dam system; NAICS code 311220 applies due to scope related to landscaping services.
(Note: The provided bullet points meet the requirements. However, it's worth noting that providing equipment, vehicles, and materials solely for labor would imply a labor-intensive effort rather than herbicide applications, which are typically performed by a specialized contractor or the agency itself. As such, the NAICS code remains 311220.)

Description

The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, vehicles, and materials necessary to perform hillside vegetation clearing and herbicide applications to shoreline rip rap and lock esplanades at all 3 Cape Fear Lock and Dam locations in Bladen County, North Carolina.
