Any proposed equal must demonstrate equivalent compliance through detailed technical documentation complete with all specified components, features, and warranties for the Cougar Adult Fish Collection Facility, located at the Cougar Dam. General Information: This effort is to include all associated characteristics required and described in the Purchase Description (PD).
