The bid due date of September 29, 2025 at 2:00 PM remains the same. Bids should be submitted using the SF1442 from Amendment 0004 and the bid schedule from Amendment 0008. All eight amendments should be acknowledged on the SF1442. For bidding purposes, contractors should assume the haul routes shown in the solicitation are valid. ___________________________________________________________________________________ AMD 0007 - The purpose of this amendment is to post revised drawings and specifications, revised bid schedule, update wage determinations, and to revise the due date to September 29, 2025 at 2:00PM CST. Drawings will be posted ASAP after this issue is resolved. ____________________________________________________________________________________ AMD 0003 - This amendment incorporates Project Labor Agreement (PLA) requirements into Section 00 73 00 and Section 00 70 00 in FAR clauses 52.222-33 'Notice of Requirement for Project Labor Agreement Alternate I" and 52.222-34 'Project Labor Agreement'. Due to the material nature of PLA requirements, the Step 1 proposal due date is extended to 17 June 2025 at 2:00 PM local time. New interested offerors may submit Step 1 proposals for consideration. Interested offerors who have already submitted Step 1 proposals can let their proposal stand or submit a revised proposal by the due date/time. Any proposal revision should be highlighted or annotated in some manner that shows the change from the original proposal. Interested offerors who have already submitted Step 1 proposals will not be informed of their preliminary evaluation results.
