Establishing a Roster of Pre-Qualified Research Entities for SMDview on SAM.gov

The District of Columbia Courts (“Courts” or “DCC”) on behalf of the Strategic Management Division, Grants Management Program (“SMD) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from those entities (“Offerors”) interested in performing grant funded research opportunities as specified in Section C (Description/Specifications/Work Statement). SMD seeks to establish a roster of pre-qualified research entities interested in and available to engage in grant-funded research opportunities. All grant funded research opportunities will be competed and awarded accordingly.
