Per Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. Description of Requirements for the items/Services to be acquired: The Contractor shall provide shipping kits to the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center (RMRVAMC), Contractor shall provide all laboratory testing, labor, supplies, information technology, supervision, analysis, and result interpretation on behalf of RMRVAMC in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Required services include: analytical testing as defined by the Contractor s reference test manual, reporting of analytical test results, and any required consultative services supporting patient care.
