The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Zoma Communications. The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items.
