Notice Type: Sources Sought Rathbun Lake Project Shoreline Stone Protection, Rip Rap Quarried from United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) approved sources and Delivery The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK), is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support, the requirement for the following: See Draft Purchase Description Attached. The anticipated delivery portion of the contract will be accomplished by labor categories that are subject to Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determinations. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis.
