Offerors are therefore encouraged to submit their best pricing and terms with their initial proposal. The Government invites vendors to submit proposed vehicle makes and models that meet the technical requirements of each line item. Proposed vehicles may include other than U.S. or designated country end products. All submissions will be reviewed, and where no U.S. or designated country end products are available, the Government may prepare a non-availability determination to authorize procurement of other than U.S. or designated country end products if deemed necessary and advantageous.
