Statement of Work 1. BACKGROUND: Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) requires procurement and installation of one (1) prefabricated modular in-plant classroom with a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System to be installed inside the Motor Transport Building, on Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor, located at 2106 Scorpion Avenue, Silverdale, WA, 98315, USA. 2. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide one (1) prefabricated modular in-plant classroom with dimensions of 15'x 20' with a ceiling height of 9' to 12'. The contractor shall also install the classroom inside the Motor Transport Building. The classroom will be located on top of a pre-existing concrete slab inside the Motor Transport Building. The classroom installation will also include installation of an independent HVAC unit into the structure of the installed classroom. The contractor shall coordinate delivery and installation of the classroom and HVAC System with the Government Point of Contact (provided at time of contract award). The Contractor shall submit detailed specifications and recommended original equipment manufacturer (OEM) maintenance for the HVAC unit installed. The Contractor shall provide an operational test of the HVAC, electrical, and network connections to be performed on site with the Government point of contact in attendance. The Contractor shall include all electrical outlets, light fixtures, wiring, etc., however, all electrical connections between the power source and the circuit box will be performed by the Government. 3. DELIVERABLE ITEMS: Prefabricated Modular In-plant Classroom The classroom shall have dimensions of 15 feet by 20 feet, by 9 to 12 feet high. The classroom shall be suitable for interior installation on concrete flooring. The classroom shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal fire and electrical safety codes. The classroom shall be in compliance with all applicable Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Designs. The classroom shall include one (1) entrance door with a locking feature that includes two (2) keys. The classroom entrance door shall include one (1) partial window so that visibility inside the classroom can be made from the entrance door. The classroom shall have an electrical outlet on each wall. The receptacles shall be rated for 20 amps each. The classroom shall deliver 300 to 500 lux through light-emitting diode lighting fixtures throughout the work surfaces in the classroom. The classroom shall have a minimum of two (2) ethernet ports mounted in standard wall plates on each wall. The wiring must be Cat-5e or better performance. The contractor shall provide external connection points on the exterior of the unit for connection to network and power. Contractor shall provide an external power junction box with appropriate terminations for the circuits internal to the unit. External network connections shall be through an external network junction box with appropriate terminations …
