All information contained in this RFI is preliminary and is subject to revision and is not binding on the Government. The purpose of this public posting is to give contractors the opportunity to provide information regarding their capability to provide logistic support services. Background: The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Information and Technology (OIT) have a requirement for support services that will contribute to implementation of an Information Technology Refresh Program (ITRP) capability across the CBP Enterprise (see Appendix B). Field Support Directorate (FSD) is the centralized office for implementing an end-to-end ITRP solution for replacing technology, including desktop, laptop, and non-cellular tablet devices; peripherals; network devices; and mobile devices. FSD coordinates this capability with CBP's components and trusted partners to ensure CBP customers have functional, effective, and secure day-to-day technologies needed to accomplish their missions. The ITRP framework is grounded in a pre-determined refresh cycle that maximizes technology access, capability, and maintenance while minimizing cost, complexity, and cybersecurity risks.
