HVAC Upgrades: Installation of two (2) new 1-ton mini-split HVAC units. Electrical Systems: Assessment of the building's electrical system to support new and existing loads. The contractor shall propose and install upgrades and a backup power generator solution if the existing system is found to be insufficient.
