Quantities are firm requirements. Delivery and Performance Performance begins upon award. The contractor must complete delivery, installation, operational verification, orientation, and submission of warranty documentation within 30–60 calendar days after award, unless the award establishes another completion date or the Contracting Officer subsequently changes it in writing. Contractors are required to promptly advise the Contracting Officer of anticipated commercial supply-chain delays. Pricing is to be FOB Destination and must include packaging, handling, shipping, and delivery. Unit prices are described as all-inclusive of costs associated with performance.
