Proposals submitted via email to michael.w.washington10.civ@army.mil NLT15 July 2027 at 12:00 PM . Amendment 1 moves the submission date for quotes to 27 July 2026 at 10:00 AM CST, provides answers to timely submitted questions and inserts update to instructions to offerors Addendum.
