Your submission package must include: Signed SF 1449 - Complete, sign, and return the attached solicitation document. Itemized Pricing - Provide a full price breakdown of all hardware, software licenses, and accessories as detailed in the SF 1449 schedule. Representations & Certifications - Completed Reps & Certs if not fully updated/active in SAM.gov. Required Provisions - Completed certifications for FAR 52.204-26 , DFARS 252.204-7017 , and DFARS 252.204-7016 . Because this acquisition involves commercial information technology utilized in a covered military system, strict supply chain and security protocols apply. The Government will thoroughly evaluate all proposals for supply chain risk prior to award in accordance with Federal and DoD acquisition regulations. Offerors may be required to provide hardware provenance, authorized reseller certifications, or other documentation to verify supply chain integrity. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the best value. Awards will be made based on the following three evaluation factors: Price: Evaluated for completeness, reasonableness, and balanced pricing. Technical Capability: Ability of the proposed items to meet the Government's exact technical and brand-name specifications. Past Performance and Risk Assessment: An evaluation of the offeror's history of successful performance and supply chain security risk.
