This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to solicit and award this requirement on a Sole-Source basis with EAB Global Incorporated. This combines synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 28 August 2026 under Request for Quote (RFQ) number N0018926QL283 at the following website: Sam.gov. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 (effective 17 March 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20260702 (effective 02 July 2026) . It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and award a single-award Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order to EAB Global Inc. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, EAB Global Inc., as no other capable sources have been identified . Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotations received by the closing response date. The Small Business Office agrees with this determination.
