The purpose of this notice is to provide interested parties with preliminary project information, an overview of the anticipated acquisition strategy, and an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback during Industry Day prior to the release of the Program Solicitations. This notice does not constitute a solicitation or request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award an agreement. No agreement will be awarded as a result of this notice. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred by interested parties in connection with participation in Industry Day or submission of related questions or feedback. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District (SPL) has been tasked to solicit and award FY28 PDB and an FY27 CMAR military construction OTAs for Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) in Santa Barbara County, California. Project Scope: The MILCON project work, briefly described below, includes but is not limited to, the following: The scope of work spans multiple facilities at VSFB. The work includes comprehensive infrastructure modernizations, including extensive renovations (complete floor-to-ceiling modernizations, plumbing replacements, capacity expansions, etc.), creation of new administrative and collaborative spaces, horizontal improvements of roads, infrastructure, utility and telecommunication lines, as well as the creation of an Entry Control Facility and a Consolidated Air Traffic Control Tower, Fire Station, and Base Operations facility.
