The purpose of the Underground Fuel Storage Tanks (USTs) Maintenance and Repair (M&R) Services Contract is to provide preventive maintenance (PM), inspection, and repairs for USTs, associated fuel distribution systems, safety systems, and leak monitoring systems on Travis Air Force Base.
