This is an intent to sole source award notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA, Network Contracting Officer (NCO) 21 intends to award a sole source contract to Martin AIJS, LLC, for laser Etching and Data entry/editing services will provide a surgical asset marking service offering laser, electrochemical and other markings services to keep SPS in complete control of the facilities surgical inventory and allow SPS to track to the instrument level, through CensiTrac, the facilities surgical asset management system. The proposed contract will start September 17, 2026, through September 25, 2026. This tracking system is an electronic tracking and data management system for surgical instruments. The purpose of this web-based application is to provide information on the history and utilization of surgical instruments.
