Work includes the repair of the existing fire protection and detection systems. Remove existing AFFF tanks and existing piping and replace with new water pipes and pumps. Resize pumps in the Base Pump House, Building 831 to adequately provide pressure to the fire water loop. Remove existing Megadoor hangar doors at north door of building 632, mullion doors, motors, and associated conduit, wire, etc. Provide and Install new Megadoor vertical lift hangar door system and associated components. The Megadoor vertical lift hangar door by ASSA ABLOY is sole source specific for compatibility to existing installation systems (noted justifications will be included with solicitation).
