The replacement and addition of equipment listed on this memorandum will support the NMOTC's mission as well as the United States Surgeon General's initiative of modernizing instructional technology tools. Practical models currently do not support NMOTC mission or vision. Failure to obtain practical models will decrease hands-on training and may incur academic failures and ultimately decreased competence when conducting physical exams in the fleet.
