The Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the aquasition of catered meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), including all labor, food, supplies, delivery, and service, at Camp James A. Garfield (CJAG), Ohio. This requirement supports multiple training events and is being issued as a single combined requirement under one solicitation and one award. The total requirement consists of approximately 3,020 meals across three (3) separate events. These events are combined and issued as a single solicitation, and the Government intends to make one (1) award to a single contractor for the entire requirement. Multiple awards will not be made, and the Government will not divide, separate, or award individual events to different vendors. Offerors must submit a quote that addresses the entire requirement. Partial quotes will not be considered and may be determined non-responsive or ineligable based on this criteria. Supported Events: - 88M Course: 19 July 2026 – 15 August 2026 - Basic Leader Course (BLC): 24–26 July 2026 - Basic Leader Course (BLC): 21–23 August 2026 All services shall be performed at Camp James A. Garfield (CJAG), Ohio, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 722320 (Caterers), with a size standard of $9,000,000.00. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order. Award will be made on a best value basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3).
