Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912J726QA0020001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Behavior Health Counseling Support Services. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This requirement is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 621112 Office of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists in accordance with RFO FAR 19.107-2(c) and DFARS RFO FAR (Deviation 2026-O0037), using Simplified Procedures in accordance with subpart 12.201-1 for Commercial Products and Commercial Services to obtain non-personal services to obtain Behavior Health Counseling services support. Quotations are solicited from certified Woman-Owned Small Business Concerns (WOSB) concerns eligible under the WOSB Program (including Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) concerns) in accordance with 13 CFR part 127. Quotes received from other concerns will not be considered . This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The Idaho National Guard J9 Service Member and Family Support have a requirement for Behavior Health Counseling services to Service Members and their immediate family. The team shall be comprised of three (3) full-time Behavior Health Clinicians and one (1) full-time Admin Support position.
