This is a Presolicitation Announcement for the Bureau of Reclamation 6552-HH AV CABLING & INFRASTRUCTURE The Bureau of Reclamation¿s Missouri Basin Region Acquisition¿s office intends to solicit a Request for Quotes (RFQ) on or around February 25, 2026 as described in this presolicitation notice. The RFQ will be posted via the SAM.gov web page at https://sam.gov. The Hungry Horse AV Cabling and Infrastructure Project will modernize the HHFO by replacing analog devices, migrating to VoIP, and upgrading two conference rooms for internet meetings. The effort includes installing new circuits, replacing 120 phones, ensuring compliance with 911, Kari¿s Law, and Ray Baum¿s Act, and providing all necessary hardware and software. In addition to these upgrades, new cabling will be installed to extend communications to the gatehouse, ensuring full connectivity. The contractor will handle installation, testing, certification, and training for up to ten personnel, who will then train others, maintaining system security and emergency accessibility.
