The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Headquarters Procurement Services, intends to award a sole-source bridge contract to the incumbent contractor, Olgoonik Solutions, LLC, on a non-competitive basis to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of critical Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) services.
