The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) has directed USACE to procure Architect-Engineer (A-E) services to design the new Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC) 2-Bay Maintenance Hangar at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), Nebraska (NE), with an option for Construction Phase Services. This procurement is for the 35% to Ready to Advertise (RTA) design package.
