(X) The scope of this acquisition is to establish a Firm - Fixed Price (FFP) , Long - Term , Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for NSN 2930 - 01 - 168 - 7911 utilizing FAR 12 - Simplified Procedures . The resultant contract will be for a 3 - Year Base Period and one (1) , 2 - Year Option Period with annual price increases , for a potential contract duration of five (5) years .
