Unless ADA requirements changed this month, that would not be an acceptable surface for a ramp. Asphalt or concrete, or a solid, smooth surface is needed. Is a ramp needed as I am not seeing anything that indicates a handicap parking area is needed for the ramp to terminate? A: ADA and ABA require level and slip-resistant landings that are free of obstructions. Compacted gravel meets this requirement. Provide accessible ramps per the scope of work. Q: Is low voltage wiring required for phone/data? A: Yes Q: Will office furniture be needed? A: No. Q: When is the expected move in date acceptance of the office space 11/30/26. Contract will start on 11/30/26, but can be adjusted as needed. Temporary office space is expected to be fully set (utilities) up on date the contract starts.
