This Amendment 0002 is issued to: (a) extend the proposal submission deadline; (b) respond to offeror questions received during the solicitation period; (c) revise and correct solicitation provisions, evaluation criteria, and pricing attachments;(d) update Statement of Work and (e) remove and reserve certain requirements. Except as modified herein, all terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
