(vii) The period of performance for this purchase order is one year from date of award. The estimated start date is June 5, 2026. (viii) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (SEP 2023) applies and is incorporated into this combined synopsis/solicitation. (ix) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021), applies and is incorporated as follows: (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1) ability to provide the award devices in accordance with the designs within the Statement of Work (SOW), 2) ability to meet the timelines specified in the statement of work, and 3) experience in providing award devices of a similar quantity and timeframe. Technical factors when combined, are more important than price. (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
